Postpartum Acupuncture
Comprehensive First Visit - $155

Balance after baby. Our clients complete a 90-minute Comprehensive First Visit* which sets the foundation for expert care, Your licensed acupuncturist will begin with a consultation that covers your medical history and treatment objectives (prenatal wellness, labor support, postpartum care). They’ll also conduct an assessment using Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques including: feeling the pulse, examining the tongue, and asking other specific questions. You’ll receive your first acupuncture treatment at this appointment and the acupuncturist will tailor a treatment plan to your specific needs. They may also offer guidance regarding the frequency of follow-up visits and you may receive herbal recommendations or referrals for other specific services (therapeutic nutrition counseling, or massage) that may be beneficial to you at this time.
*Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes in length

Postpartum Massages are not luxuries. They’re necessities––and you’re worth it! Our certified massage therapists offer sessions to accommodate every stage of post-pregnancy. Clients who are transitioning through their second and third trimesters can book 60- or 90-minute prenatal massages right up until delivery. Once baby has arrived, it’s time to rest, repair, and reconnect after your body’s amazing journey. We offer 60- and 90-minute traditional postpartum massages to nurture the nurturer. For those in need of additional support, our exclusive 90-minute Advanced Postpartum Recovery Massage offers all the regenerative benefits of a traditional postpartum massage, plus targeted bodywork techniques and red-light therapy to stimulate healing, boost lactation, and improve pelvic functioning.
All of our massage suites feature tables with breast and tummy cut-outs for your comfort.

Our virtual nutrition counseling makes it easy to receive expert, personalized attention without the misinformation on social media or the questionable advice offered by well-meaning friends and family. Your one-on-one visit with our registered dietitian begins with a thorough assessment of your health history and a discussion about your goals. You’ll receive a bespoke plan based on your nutritional needs and make follow-up visits as recommended. Postpartum nutrition counseling focuses on restoring mama’s total well-being and maintaining optimum health for years to come. This is empowered, collaborative care that’s size and gender inclusive. We support clients of all backgrounds in renewing their relationship with food and discovering the eating habits that truly nourish their bodies and souls.
