Virtual Programming Makes Enhancing Your Fertility Convenient!

Pulling Down the Moon’s Fully Fertile Nutrition Program focuses on 8 steps to maximizing your chances of conception over the course of 12-weeks:

  • Are you maintaining a fertile weight? Both overweight and underweight can impact your fertility and IVF outcomes.
  • Are you getting essential nutrients for fertility? “Nourishing up” and eating nutrient dense foods allow us to get the biggest bang for our calorie buck.
  • Do you have good blood sugar control? Insulin can “invade” hormone receptors on the ovaries and disrupt the HPO (hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis).
  • Are you familiar with fertility Go Foods, No Foods and Whoa Foods? Substances found in certain foods (like environment toxins) and even certain natural hormones in food can affect your fertility.
  • Is your current diet anti-inflammatory? Prolonged inflammation may disrupt menstrual cyclicity, cause implantation failure, endometriosis, and recurrent miscarriage.
  • How is your gut health? 70% of unexplained fertility has been linked to systemic inflammation & oxidative stress caused by imbalance in the gut microbiome.
  • What’s your fertility supplement situation? Nutrients are best obtained through food but getting everything you need from your daily diet is nearly impossible.
  • What’s your fertility exercise plan? An exciting new study finds novice exercisers start to experience less desire for fattening foods.
