COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

Keeping our Clients and Staff safe is our #1 priority.

We receive a lot of questions regarding your ability to receive holistic treatments.

Pulling Down the Moon is following CDC guidance for exposure: 

1. If you test positive for COVID-19, regardless of vaccination status:

• Days 1-5 Stay home
• Days 6-10 if there are no symptoms or the symptoms are resolving, you may return for services. Continue to wear a mask around others.



2. If you have been exposed to COVID-19, please monitor yourself for symptoms and let us know if you need to cancel your appointment due to symptoms.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, Pulling Down the Moon has been working hard to make sure that we are doing everything possible to make sure that everyone who enters our facility stays safe. We have taken the following steps:

• All staff are to monitor themselves for signs of illness.
• Enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the clinic.
• Reduced or no-touch check-in/out procedures.
• Greater availability of products and supplements via our website here. 
• Hand sanitizers are available throughout the clinic.

We ask that you also do your part to keep everyone safe. Please call ahead to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19, or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19. You can read more about COVID-19 here:

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea

Face coverings are currently optional for all staff and clients at Pulling Down the Moon. Please ask your practitioner to wear a mask if you are more comfortable.

Once you enter the clinic, you will be requested to do the following:

• Inform the staff if you are experiencing signs of illness so that you can be rescheduled
• Sanitize your hands either by using hand sanitizer or hand washing

To avoid exposure to illness, we are reducing the number of people who are present in the clinic at any given time. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Do not bring others to accompany you unless you need physical aid, an interpreter, or have a similar need. If you do bring another person with you, they will also be requested to follow the protocols above and to stay in your treatment room for the duration of the visit.
