What women are saying about Fully Fertile
~ I love the things I have learned about my body and myself. Most importantly, I love the way reading Fully Fertile makes me feel. Peaceful. Content. (from www.fertilitynotes.com 7-1-08) (Read the full Review.)
~ I am enjoying and learning so much from your book and am finding it very inspirational. Your stories, yet heartbreaking, are amazing and uplifting.
~ I am in the midst of reading a great book entitled, Fully Fertile: A 12-Week Plan for Optimal Fertility (check back later this month for a full review), and I keep being struck with sentences that just make sense. (from www.fertilitynotes.com)
~ I very fortuitously stumbled upon your book, Fully Fertile, on the internet. Like the book suggested, I am reading it through before beginning the program. I have almost finished and look forward to starting the exercises. I find the book extremely interesting and really does put hope back into my heart
~ oh. my. gosh. i came across your book today and, after just the introduction, i knew this is a book i was {meant} to read. i am so inspired already and have posted a note on a message board i frequent, to see if sangha will follow.
~ Fully Fertile is an amazing book because it challenged and encouraged me to look at my fertility journey differently. It guided me through easy to follow chapters on meditation, yoga, diet, prayer, etc. that give examples and exercises that can actually be done (for those of us who weren't necessarily comfortable with such things before).
~ I love the book club and would love to let the world know how great it is
~ I am extremely thankful to have this book club to go to once a week. It's been great to have a group of women who are going through the same process to talk with. I definitely feel less alone in my journey which has helped to lessen my stress.
~ I was so blessed with not only the information and insights that the authors so freely shared, but by the support I feel they gave me during this difficult journey. The enlightenment and encouragement helped me see beyond this desire and discover who I really am. Acupuncture, yoga, nutritional information, meditation and the words of this book allowed me to find balance and peace again. I'm eternally thankful for this book!
~ Even if I hadn't conceived at this time through this program, I know that because of the book I am more whole, more healthy and more hopeful. I can't speak for everyone in our group, but I'm sure each one would say they are in a much better place; either health-wise, or mentally, or with new knowledge to make better life decisions or view life with a new perspective because what they have learned through this program.

Start a book group
If you are interested in starting a Fully Fertile™ book group in your area, just follow the steps below or contact us.

1. Become a "point person" in charge of generating interest for a group in your area.
2. Find a location where the group can meet for 13 consecutive weeks (coffee shop, library conference room, doctor's office waiting room, someone's home). Meetings last an hour and a half. The location can change during the course of the session, as long as the group members agree to the change of venue.
3. Pulling Down the Moon will provide a flyer template and suggestions on how to find others to join the group.
4. We will also include all upcoming FF Groups on our website and send group locations out to our national/international patient database.
5. Group participants take turns leading the chapters, guided by the free, Fully Fertile Study Guide provided by Pulling Down the Moon. At the first meeting the group leader will assign chapters, exchange contact information and set ground rules. After that, each week will focus on a chapter and activities include journaling, group discussion and activities/practices.
6. Field trips, guest speakers and other creative ideas are always welcome. The Study Guide will give you suggestions on how to best facilitate this.
7. We will also put the group in touch with a "buddy" from one of our past Fully Fertile groups to serve as a mentor and provide guidance, input and suggestions to improve the group experience.
